We’re not just here to coach

At Strength Works in Guildford, we coach adults through structured, six-week strength programmes that remove the guesswork. You won’t be thrown into a room and told to figure it out. You’ll be shown exactly what to do, with coaching that meets you where you are. We keep things simple, supportive, and tailored to your pace.

Whether you're returning to fitness or starting for the first time, our job is to make the process feel achievable — and keep you progressing.

Built by coaches who’ve walked the same path

Founded by Craig and Dan, Strength Works grew from years of personal training experience and the realisation that most people don’t need more noise — they need a clear plan, real accountability, and expert guidance. As the team grew, so did the mission: to create a space where strength training feels personal, not intimidating, and where members feel part of something that works.


We’re still on the gym floor every week, listening, adjusting, and making sure every session delivers. That’s what sets us apart.
