“I was fed up with exercise classes, and despite being a keen runner I just found I was constantly picking up injuries. I was worried about starting as I feared it would be something else that would make my injuries worse, and be something else I would become bored of.
What I found were brilliant, carefully monitored and considered gym sessions; all of which were adapted for my injuries (which have now eased off).
I have gotten so much stronger and toned (especially my arms!) and I have such a laugh with the coaches and other members.”
