I was in good health having regularly had 1-1 personal training. I was unsure about transitioning to group training as I had never done it before.
What I have found is that training in groups with a real mixture of ages and abilities is so inspiring and motivating.
I feel stronger, fitter and much more confident to push myself. The knowledge of the coaches at StrengthWorks and the commitment they show to their members is second to none. I can feel the difference the training has made which in turn motivates me to keep consistent and continue improving.
