“I had been struggling with menopause symptoms and wanted to begin to feel fitter and stronger again. I was prone to injury due to weakness in my muscles and wanted to begin to fix this to help future proof my joints. I had been worried about weight training in the past as I thought I would begin to look too big and muscular.
I have found the sessions really enjoyable. I love that I have constant guidance and supervision from the coaches here, this helps give me the confidence to push myself. I am stronger and fitter and feel so much better in myself and love the journey I am on with my training. It has made me realise I am not doing too badly for a 50 year old!”
