“I have always had a love/hate relationship with exercise. This meant I had not stepped foot into a gym for 10 years. I thought I was going to be “too old” to do any of the exercises and that I would just end up hurting myself.
From my first session I found the sessions very inclusive. Everything is clearly explained and very well adapted. You are being coached every step of the way.
I have made so much progress in my time here- most notably: taking part in an obstacle race and joning the group which embarked on our Pen Y Fan expedition. These are both things I would have never thought possible 2 years ago. I can also now Deadlift 95KG!
I love that I feel I am a member of a community, not a gym. “
